In today’s busy life women sometimes forget that happiness is how important to their life. Busy life schedules with so much stress in our day-to-day life takes our all patience and we are left with little or no energy to laugh. Women keep struggling every day to make their children, husband and whole family to stay happy. Some women fail to stay fit and healthy because of hectic schedules but there are some women who work full day hard with same responsibilities and same daily routine, maintain their health and good looks. How do they do this?
Here are some lessons we can learn from them:-
LISTEN TO YOUR HEART:
Heart is always more compassionate and loving than our mind. Mind calculates while hearts resonate, “Hema Malini says and confirms her beauty is because of this principle. At this age of ‘hard work routine’ and ‘lack of emotion’ in daily life and we encounter selfishness in our personal lives just follow the above principle of beautiful ‘Hema Malini’. Keep your ear close to your heart and take decisions in this way. This way you will be happy and bring you a new energy which is generated by joy.
BE POSITIVE AND CUT OUT ALL NEGATIVES FROM YOUR LIFE:
Every women face painful experiences, loss, past humiliations and illness but we have to put them behind us and move on to be happy in your upcoming life. Anything that happens with you directly effects you and it is totally depend upon you to how to overcome that situation. So, instead of being negative, try to change yourself by changing your negative thoughts into positive. Positive thinking make your life better because only positive thinking can make you live happily as nobody has the power to take away your happiness.
CONTROL YOUR ANGER:
If you want a healthier and shinning face you should remove this destructive thing from your life. Anger, jealousy and impatience can cause more wrinkles and puffy eyes. Anger can damage your mental and physical health. It is important to control your emotions and calm yourself down. Giving credit where it is due lightens your heart. Giving support, love and care where deserved. Choose love rather than hate, be kind rather than offensive, share rather than selfish and forget rather than be vengeful. If you follow these rules you will surprised to see how energy and happiness multiplies.
TRY NEW ACTIVITIES:
Try to get some time from daily routine of family care, demanding careers etc. Add some excitement to your life by planning quick enjoyable weekends, learning new skills, making new friends, changing your boring looks to something new, planning family or friends get-togethers etc. These activities can bring you the joy of mastering over new skills and loads of enriching knowledge.
QUICK FIX YOUR PROBLEMS:
Don’t sit in front of problems and worry about it. Find solutions to overcome that problem or give it a miss and move on. Take the example of river which never stops if faced by any hurdles and takes a different route to reach ocean. This is the ideal example of ‘moving on’ for every woman.
Make every effort to show a caring attitude-in words and action- to your family, friends and the people you come across in your life. Your Home is the centre of your universe so beautify your home and make it full of love and happiness for all. Be happy and stick to your joyful smile, so that your personality look radiant and awesome.
