Aditi : My roots are strongly embedded in health, nutrition and restaurant consultation in the 2 continents. Have consulted for various brands like Lavassa Darling Harbor Café and Zaffran in Australia and has been engaged in product development, menu consultation, recipe designing and menu standardizing with standard operating procedures and monthly audits in the restaurant- world. Now a proud owner of a culinary Lab ‘Food-E: Culinary Expert’.
What inspired you to start this business?
Aditi : In a Sentence “Love for Food”
What is your USP?
Aditi : Food Consulting and Health food.
How someone can start the same business as yours in terms of investment, material procurement, production, and marketing etc?
Aditi : We have a team of nutritionist’s, chefs, food stylist and photographer’s, food technologist’s working together to provide the best. We love to share our knowledge and expertise and go that extra mile in the operation of your venture. With a good understanding of the hospitality Industry, our team is dedicated in implementing the newest food trends with personalized guidance and services.
Any challenge you face in your profession and how you overcome that?
Aditi : Life will throw everything at you, and it’ll throw a washing sink also! Basically we all face some or the other bump on the path and being a culinary consultant you need to remain close in relationship with every other individual and their food habits. My Solution is a good bottle of wine!
What are your plans for the future?
Aditi : Food-E: Culinary Experts is now looking at expanding and starting more culinary labs in Delhi, Bangalore and Pune we are looking at an investment of x amount to multiply and offer our services to other cities across India. Food-E Culinary Experts completed 1 year on November 17 and has done more than 18 consultant projects, 82 food styling and photography projects, recently expanding its Mumbai team for the demand and growth it sees in the market. We are looking at doing a minimum of 280 food styling and photography projects and targeting 52 consultant projects.
How you manage your personal and professional life?
Aditi : Yoda is the answer to all. (Yoda is my 70 days old lab)

Aditi : In Defense of Food, and the Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan, Outliers by Malcolm Dladwell, Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer
What advice would you give to young women readers of SIW who want to follow a similar career path as you?
Aditi : Follow your passion; it may not be easy in the start. But it’s always worth it!
